Parsippany, NJ – May 15, 2017 – Strategic Products and Services (SPS), a multi-vendor systems integrator and managed services provider for communications and networking, today announced that SPS’s Theresa Goodreau (Vice President of Marketing), Kathy Sobus (Director of Customer Experience Consulting) and Anissa Alonzo (Director of Video & Multimedia Solutions Delivery) have been named to the prestigious 2017 Women of the Channel list, compiled by CRN®. Theresa Goodreau was also named to the list of Power 30 Solution Providers, an elite subset of the Women of the Channel list.

All three of these SPS leaders have been recognized for their outstanding leadership, vision and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation. The annual Women of the Channel list highlights executives who span the IT channel, representing vendors, distributors, solution providers and other organizations that figure prominently in the channel ecosystem. CRN editors select the honorees based on their professional accomplishments, demonstrated expertise and ongoing dedication to the IT channel.

As vice president of marketing, Goodreau defines multifaceted national strategies to engage clients and prospects, working across the business to ensure the SPS brand, marketing and communications align to the overall strategy. She previously served as the director of marketing for SPS. Prior to joining SPS through its acquisition of GEE! Communications in 2005, Goodreau held national sales roles with Lucent Technologies and OmniLink Communications Corporation, where she developed and managed a national distribution channel.

As director of customer experience of consulting, Sobus drives strategic alliances and partnerships with various vendors and providers. Under her leadership, SPS’s customer experience experts consult with clients and identify areas of growth for their businesses. Prior to joining SPS, Sobus spent more than 16 years at Avaya, holding roles that included global contact center lead, contact center strategist and inventor. She has been credited as an inventor on multiple patents, including “System and Method for Managing Agent Schedules in a Contact Center,” which was awarded earlier this year.

As director of video & multimedia solutions delivery, Alonzo defines the delivery model, refines and improves the delivery process and drives enhancements to operational efficiencies. She previously served as a director of project management and program manager for SPS, ensuring that customer needs were satisfied by overseeing efforts of the company, customer and third party vendors to provide an integrated software and hardware solution. Prior to joining SPS, she served as a telecom analyst for KPMG.

SPS designs, implements, manages and supports interconnected communication systems, including telephony, video/multimedia, mobility and customer experience. SPS teams with clients, providing professional services, managed services and cloud-based solutions to deliver exceptional results.

“These extraordinary executives support every aspect of the channel ecosystem, from technical innovation to marketing to business development, working tirelessly to keep the channel moving into the future,” said Robert Faletra, CEO of The Channel Company. “They are creating and elevating channel partner programs, developing fresh go-to-market strategies, strengthening the channel’s network of partnerships and building creative new IT solutions, among many other contributions. We congratulate all the 2017 Women of the Channel on their stellar accomplishments and look forward to their future success.”

The 2017 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine and online at www.CRN.com/wotc.
